Members waive the right to seek damages or compensation against Released Parties for any harm caused by their negligence.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION
These terms and conditions constitute an entire agreement between St Hubert Casino Charlevoix and members relating to use of its facilities and services, which may be revoked at management's discretion without prior notice or liability in the event that a member fails to comply with these rules.
